Best pre paid SIM card to use in Canada

Hi. My partner and I will be traveling to whistler in Canada for 2 months in January 2016. I have a iPhone 4 and my partner has an android phone. As could be from time to time sking apart but would like to keep in contact with each other during the day. I was wondering if there are pre paid SIM cards that you can get that allow you to either text or call each other for free as long as both of you are using the same sim provider. Can anyone help
