Welcome to Android Central! Are your contacts currently saved in an Outlook account? The easiest way to get them to your Android device would be export the contacts to a .csv or .vcf file, then import them to Google Contacts. See this part of my guide: http://forums.androidcentral.com/ge...ndroid-updated-2015-lollipop.html#post3707512

Where are the photos saved? Are they all locally saved on the phone? If so, connect the phone to your computer and back them all up to your hard drive. Then you can connect the Android phone to the computer via USB and drag and drop the photos to the Android's Pictures directory. But I would also suggest uploading all of your pictures to your Google Photos--if you upload using the "High Quality" setting (as opposed to "Original Quality"), you get unlimited photo storage. https://support.google.com/photos/answer/6156099?hl=en You can access all of your Google Photos that are in the cloud very easily by using the Google Photos app on your phone.
