Why Does my LG V10 keep freezing on the lock screen

[AC Question]

When my phone lock and goes black i can still see the time/date and notification bar on the top but i can not wake my phone up. I have tried double tapping and using the back button. I also tried turning it off that did not work either. I finally took the battery out which worked but then just did it all over again an hour later. I've only had this phone for 3 days so i'm getting frustrated.

Same thing keeps happening to my husband's phone and now mine to..this is to expensive of a phone and to new to have to be going though this already
