Help! HTC One - M7 Stuck in Fastboot - No Recovery?

Hi, firstly forgive me for posting here when I'm sure in some manner or other this question has been answered, but after 2 hours reading and trying bits and pieces on various threads I'm a bit stuck.

I'm quite new to rooting etc a long time ago now I rotted my HTC One M7 but was trying to factory restore to stock as I have just sold it online, the phone was working fine with a Super SU etc all in the system menu but I wanted to take the phone back to stock and wipe the memory of personal data etc.

I'm stuck on a Mac with no windows PC in sight and a boot camp that doesn't like to play ball with the RUU. exe files.

I managed to Re lock the phone (under tampered) but the problems arose when I couldn't run the RUU.exe

I tried downloading all of these decrypted .zip files and renaming them to simple ruu.zip for pushing to phone (the phone was originally on EE (UK Network formerly T-mobile? not sure):

I got error messages all the way through when trying these commands for each one. (Basically no green loading bar on screen in sight) Im on Mac terminal and it went to the silver logo just fine and rebooted back into fastboot just fine.

Im now stuck on a fastboot screen and a bit worried. I know you guys are all experts and i really need to sell off the phone as cash is a bit tight, anyone got any fixes or any way they can help me on the mac?
