Why cant I list my moto g1 in the ADM?

I forgot my pin# and now I cant get into my phone. Im trying not to do a factory reboot if all possible. HELP!

Is your Moto G connected to WiFi or mobile data? It won't show up if that's the case. If it is connected and the Device Manager doesn't work, there's another way. If you fail to enter your PIN enough times, your Moto G should prompt you to unlock the phone using your Google account and password. Try that and see if it works
