HI, my redme 2 xiomi phone, giving lock screen but when i slide it. it is giving blank white screen

There was some system update, i gave update in MI store, then i got notification saying restart, when i did that, it came like updating for 10min then my lock screen is displaying, but when i slide to give my password, it is showing white blank screen... help me out

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you slide to give your password, do you mean you're swiping the screen to get to the actual password entry screen, but all you see is a white screen?

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
