[AC Question]

I bought a brand new S6 phone from Korea and brought it to UK.
In UK, I put in my EE sim card. I can make and receive phone calls. However, I can not surf the internet.
Problem is, I only have a 2G connection (2G symbol appears at the top of the phone). There is no 3 & 4G connection,

On my phone, I go to Settings \ Mobile Network to enable 3G.
But the only options I see are:
"Status Bar Indicator" (which is disabled)
"Data Roaming" (which is disabled and set to OFF)
Access Point Names (Enabled)

I am missing some options? Does this mean my phone is locked?

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone? Models that weren't intended for your region might not be compatible with all of the network bands used by that region's carriers.
