How to fix an endless boot loop, red triangle and non existent stock rom

A few days ago I tried to unroot my HTC Desire 510 64-bit AUS, after using Super User I can't get back into my phone. I can access Philz recovery but I don't have the original Rom, recovery or boot.img

Please help me.

You should be able to get the RUU file from HTC's site below to restore your phone. Just make sure to download the correct one for you phone.
