Is there a way I can download the stock browser because I accidentally deleted it

Welcome to Android Central! If your phone isn't rooted, then you can't delete a preinstalled app like the stock browser. Are you sure you didn't just remove the shortcut from your homescreen? Open your App Drawer (the button that looks like a grid of dots) and see if the browser is there. If so, long-press it, then drag and drop it back to the homescreen.
