My phone memory keeps saying that the memory is full and there is nothing on the phone's memory. My total internal memory is 1.45gb and has the same amount of space available.
This is causing my phone to stop work entirely and a ' phone has stopped working due to lack of space' sign keeps popping up.
Even with a large gb SD card is inserted it keeps saying the same thing.
I think this is caused by a virus but I formatted the phone and it says the same thing.
What do i do?
