OTA making failed

[AC Question]

When I make an OTA ota_update.zip,In this step:

% ./build/tools/releasetools/ota_from_target_files \
dist_output/tardis-target_files.zip ota_update.zip

I got an error:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'WriteToTemp'

I don't know how to resolve this.

Welcome to the forums. You are trying to install an update via recovery? If so, where did you get the file?
