I have a new sony experia Z5. I cant log into the play store with my password.

This password works fine on my desktop, another xperia phone and a samsung tablet. I don't get an error code, just a prompt to confirm my password. Why is this happening? My goggle account works fine.

Is that account added in settings - accounts - Google? Do you have the two steps verification enabled for that account?
