How do I remove the "double tap" when trying to make a call on my galaxy s4

When ever I try to ake a call I am asked to " double tap", can I remove this action

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility, and make sure none of those options are turned on. Also, go to the Call Settings, and look for accessibility options there as well.
