YouTube App not showing 240p, 480p or 1080p on my uploads?

So I have been uploading videos to YouTube for a while now. Previously there hasn't been an issue, only over the last 2-3 weeks or so. But when I check my uploads on my Samsung S5 Galaxy app, it doesn't show the above quality options.

Other youtube videos are perfectly fine. I can view other youtubers who have uploaded in 1080p 60fps, apart from my videos. And the other werid thing is that when I go onto a PC and check the videos, they are shown with every quality option available!

I'm not sure if it's my phone, the app, my uploads or something else?

I have exactly same problem with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. I have uploaded a 1080p60 video which I can see it on my PC very well, but when viewed in my phone the quality shows till 720. Also I can see 1080p60 videos uploaded by others.

Did you got any solution?

I have the same problem, tried to reinstall youtube app. Restart, and even reset my s6, the problem still exist. On pc in my video i can set settings 1080p60fps, but on my video in youtube app there is only 720p.
