So last week my S5 Active's home button and back button completely stopped working . Then when it's locked it keeps turning itself on at random and draining the battery. Now it's randomly going to google or S voice when I'm using the phone or freezing and restarting itself at random or the lock button stops working all together.
For a week now I've tried updating to Android 5.1.1 but it always tells me the update has failed and it's getting to the point where I can't use my phone most of the time. I've cleared up almost 4 GB of space and keep deleting my cache but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
