Why will my ZeePad Android Tablet not boot up after a full charge on battery?

I have two (2) that I have not used in several months. Charged them both up. Both booted up and after a short time BOTH went blank and will not boot up again. The screen does a very quick flash occasionally when you hold the power button in.

What happens when you leave them plugged in and try to turn them on?
