Why have all my icons from my home screen disappeared?

[AC Question]

I just got my BlackBerry Priv and for some reason all my apps have disappeared. I can still access them if I do a search but that's the only way? I have tried holding down the power button to restart but no luck! Any help would be appreciated as I prefer not wiping the phone. Thanks!

I just got the priv like 2 days and am experiencing the same problem....did you find a solution?.
