After the recent update, "App Optimisation" keeps popping up every day

Since I updated my Samsung Galaxy S5 to Android 5.0 I keep getting something called "App Optimisation" popping up on me every day. Its really annoying.
I've actually gone into Settings > Battery > App Optimisation (Details) and turned it off because its that annoying for me. But still, every day around noon, an alert on my phone from App Optimisation, even though its off.

How can I stop this alert?, is anyone else having the same issue?

There should be a Samsung smart app that you have to go in to to turn it off as well.

I did try that, but its just a shortcut that takes you to Settings > Battery > App Optimisation. So its already off there.

I have contacted Samsung Support as well, so I'll post their reply here if no one else has a solution by then.

I'm having this issue also so I'd be keen to see what Samsung say.
