why does my phone keep saying

It continuously keeps popping up saying "Unfortunately google play services has stopped working. after I press OK it will pop up with " Unfortunately .com.google.proccess.gapps has stopped working. I have cleared the catch in Google play services as well as Google frameworks I really don't want to reset my phone I have 1000 pictures and videos I can't loose..It will not let me force stop and I have tried uninstalling new apps but I haven't really downloaded any either it just started popping up today? Helppp!!!

Some users have fixed similar problems resetting app preferences in settings - apps - overflow menu (three dots top right). You could try this. Tell us how it goes.
