What is wrong with my htc desire 626

[AC Question]

Last night I was on the phone checking my email when it turned off. It wouldn't turn on ,so I restarted it by clicking the power button and volume up button and it once it vibrated turned on to the HTC screen and turned off and after that when i attempt to restart it it vibrates and when i push up the volume buttons they go up and down but the screen wont turn on

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible the battery or the motherboard failed. Does anything happen if you press and hold the Power button for 20-30 seconds? If not, bring it to a repair shop, or contact HTC (if it's still under warranty).
