I have a Samsung Tablet S. A program called Smart Manager has downloaded

This program has just appeared. There are no Samsung markings on the message and I'm reluctant to install it.
Can anyone clarify - is this a real Samsung app and safe to install? If not, how do I erase it?

I think it's the deal Samsung did with Cheetah apps (Clean Master and the like) and the overwhelming consensus is you don't want it, and they are bad news for Android devices. You should at least be able to disable them.

It's okay. The app is really from samsung and it's safe to use
