I am getting error while clicking on any application (Parser Error)

Whenever i click on any applications i get the error message as (parser errror - There was a problem while parsing error the package). This error occurs only when the mobile data is ON.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Which phone and android version do you have? Have you already tried removing the SIM card and inserting back again?
