This is 2nd gen moto x...and moto voice just stop working....plzzz suggest me.. And help me out

Hello...I bought a new moto x2... At the first it went smothely...moto voice responded very well...BT at the half of the day it just stopped....so I reboot my phone as per Google BT it won't work....then I cleared all data of app moto voice...and force stop of app....then I opened the app again...BT one message pops up that moto voice isn't responding....now plzz tell me how can I fix this....plzz tell me..plzzz....I have many expectations on u...plzz..
