My samsung j7 freezes and restarts. When it restarts i get a msg google has stopped working, contacts stopped working, i have to log back in my email and google music. My downloaded apps that I had on the homescreen come off the home screen and appear to be missing I have to restart the phone or remove the battery and they appear again. I have factory reset it twice I think it's worse now. It freezes like it's a CD that is stuck it's annoying but this time around I have time to remove the battery before the phone restarts. What is causing this what do I do?
I have friends who bought there phone the same place after me and have no problems like this at all.
