Was using my 2 days old note 5 and all of a sudden it went berserk

Front / back indicator / flash lights came up (red, white, blue, green)

Rebooted, screen hangs on the android logo that appears right before OS loads (for about 10s) reboots again - in an infinite loop

After what seemed like 10mins it finally managed to load into OS

Was working perfectly fine for the next few hours until I did a restart and the infinite loop started again

Since its covered under warranty I can always have it replaced.

However, should the phone regain sanity before I get to the service center, will samsung staff reject replacements?

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition first: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-23240. If the problem persists, then try reinstalling the firmware using Samsung Smart Switch.

The next time this happens, use another device to take a video of the behavior. This may help support your warranty claim if the problem persists.
