I can't hear my audiobooks downloaded from my laptop

I tried to listen to my audiobooks and it says- "file not supported" how can I fix that on my Moxee 1000 android phone? I have an sd card that holds 16GB. Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to Android Central! What format are the audiobooks in? Are they copy protected? What app are you using to try to play them? Are you sure the file format is compatible?
