my phone is blu x studio whenever i turn it to 3G network the network lost what can i do

When I try to make use of the 3G network on my phone it lost signal until I turn it back to auto 2g/3g only before the signal come back

Welcome to Android Central! Does it only pick up 2G (1X or EDGE)? What carrier do you have? Are you sure the phone is compatible with the carrier's 3G network bands?
