I've never heard of a battery virus warning. Could you state the exact wording?

But proceeding on the assumption that it was a bogus warning, Clear Cache and Clear Data in your browser.
Also, Clear Cache, Clear Data, and Uninstall any dubious apps that you may have installed, which may have given rise to such a warning.

If it was a bogus warning, it is malware, and as such, report it to Google so that they can take appropriate action.
