Help with my Moto G

I have a Moto G phone and recently upgraded to the Android 5.1 Lollipop and now when I receive a call and answer it my call screen blinks until I'm able to tap the button for speaker phone which sometimes takes quite a few tries and is very frustrating. Can someone please help. Thanx in advance.

Try first a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after a system upgrade.
