First - that's a whole lot of RAM for a phone. The current devices have, what, 3 GB? 8 is a huge jump, keep in mind that there needs to be room inside the phone for all that hardware.

Second - unless someone here silently works for Samsung this is likely falling on eyes that can do no more than you can, email Samsung with your suggestions.

Third - while we may not know it, Samsung has likely already defined the specification for the new devices and is finalizing the internal layout and external design, if they don't already have test devices built. Getting one of these things to market takes more than the year that we see between device releases.
