Why wont my picasa web albums sync?

[AC Question]

It all started when my "auto backup" folder in my gallery wasn't loading correctly so to solve this I decided to sign put of my google account on my galexy s4 and then sign back in then to re-sync everything. Well, everything synced great except now my picasa web albums is having problems synching and I no longer have my auto backup photos in my gallery app. I've tried everything I can think of. Please help!
