Frustratingly, out of knowhere - my HTC one suddenly stopped turning on. I cannot connect via usb either. My laptop recognises my phone for a few seconds, when I connect via usb, then disconnects.

I cannot view content, photos, videos. I have lots of treasured content on there from holidays etc.

Is there anyway I can get them off my phone?

I think they are stored on the phones internal memory, is there any equipment I can get to help me rescue my phone?

    Any help\very much appreciated

Hi, sadly the only option I had was to connect the device to a laptop and see if you can drag and drop your content. Have you taken the phone to a repair store to see if they can offer any suggestions?
