Phone shows that internal storage is full, but I can't find any files that would fill it.

When I connect my Samsung Galaxy Prime (SM-G361F) to my computer, it shows that the Phone memory is full (not the sd card).

This has caused problems with taking pictures, as the phone says that storage is full, even though I can't find any proof in files that it is!

Here is a picture of the phone connected to my computer: View attachment 208604

When I right-click on the Phone folder and view Properties, I get this: View attachment 208605

BUT, then I go inside that folder, and select every single thing in there, and view Properties, I get this: View attachment 208606

I am extremely confused, any help would be much appreciated.

I'm so sorry for not including the most important info. the amount of info taken is 4.17GB, there is 3.02gb used by system, which i understand, but where is the 4.17gb coming from? it leaves me at 638mb of free space...

Look at it this way: your phone has 8 GB of storage. The 3.03 is the OS, leaving you with the 4.95 GB. Of the 4.95, 4.35 is used by apps and related data, downloads, pictures, video, music, etc.
