Transferring contacts from a broken phone?

Hi.

I've broken my HTC m9 screen but the phone is still working and recognised when plugged in.

I am looking for a program which can copy my contacts on the PC without the need to download an app on the phone, then be able to sync those copied contacts onto my new Xperia z5.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your contacts weren't synced to your Google account? That's the best, most reliable way to back up and restore contacts.
