Welcome to Android Central! It doesn't really matter, as long as it isn't some super-cheap no-name charger direct from China (which might have more chance of a defect). The higher the amperage of the charger, the faster it'll be able to charge the phone--but keep in mind that the car's DC outlet won't supply as much current as a home wall outlet.
