Restore Fondi Tablet to factory settings - cannot access device

[AC Question]

Hi all,

My son has forgotten his password to access his tablet. This has happened before and I performed a hard reset which worked beautifully, but now I cant seem to get it right.

I couldnt remember what I did before so after turning to "Uncle Google" I powered the tablet off, then held the volume up and power button together until the screen lit up, then let go of the power button but no menu comes up as its supposed to.
I have also tried different combinations (power and volume down, holding it in longer, shorter, etc etc etc) but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, have you tried using Android Device Manager - this will allow you to unlock the device.
