Why can't I send e mails to my son but can to other ..says failed server

Hi welcome to Android Central. Is your son's email address in your contacts and you are sending a new message to him, or are you replying to an email that was sent to you?

Some email clients have a reply to email address field and if you are replying and they made a typo your reply fails. Also, check and make sure there are no spaces or anything in the email address. I've had that happen where an incorrect address gets saved that looks correct, but I overlooked a space in the address.

If it is not that, have you tried sending an email to him from another device or computer to ensure that the address is still valid ?
