Why is my note 4's battery so strange ?

My note 4 charges a bit slower than usual. Especially when it's up to 70% , it charge even slower. But when I remove the battery and put it back it shows that it has more than 90%.

This happens to my phone like more than 2 times/week. I has to remove my battery and put it back to make it charge normally. I really need your help.

Welcome to Android Central! The battery sensor software might need recalibration. Try charging up overnight to 100%, using it normally until the phone shuts off from low battery, then charge back up again and repeat the cycle about 3 times. See if the battery reading is more accurate.
