I tried to fix my samsung galaxy s3 and I'm pretty sure I failed miserably. I took the broken screen off and didn't understand what I was looking at so it's been sitting for a few months. There is a gold colored screen that doesn't light up or anything so I don't know where I'm at, I thought it might be the lcd but them I thought the lcd is a black screen that lights up I'm not sure.
I know the phone still works though because when I put the battery in it makes the turning on sounds.
I just need some help and don't have the money to take it anywhere.
