Can I clean dry egg from my droid turbo speaker?

I dropped my phone in a bowl of raw eggs for scrambled eggs. The phone seems fine, however the speaker is very quiet now. I (in a panic, it does have an otter box), quick rinsed it (2 seconds maybe) with water then shut it off and removed the otter box and put it in front of a fan for 8-10 hours. I think I can see bits of gunk in the speaker, but I'm not sure what to do next. There is sound, but it is very low. Is there any solution I can do, or do I need to take it to a Verizon store and does anyone know how much they would charge to fix it?

You should not have used water. Poor phone Take it to the store for repair. Can't tell you the cost as that will depend upon the damage caused
