So long as you are careful then you shouldn't need anti virus. But if you want to be safe then lookout is fine

Hi and welcome to AndroidCentral. I don't use anything at all. Please see this article. Antivirus for Android — do you need it? http://www.androidcentral.com/antivi...do-you-need-it

Thank you both for the replies, so appericate it

Prevously was on Windows Phone, but wanted an app that wasn't available on Windows Phone so made the switch over to Android for first tme...On Destop Machine i use Avast Free Antivirus, so that is why i went ahead and put it on the phone, (Activated Lookout since posting though, Removed Avast via cleaing data, then force stop, then uninstall, so i think did remove it properly)

Desktop is Windows 10 Pro edition

so far getting used to Android, a little less intergration with Desktop than i'm sure to so far though, can't seem to get Remote Destop app to Connect from Phone to Windows 10 Pro edition PC though, keeps asking for password, despite i use that password all day, might start a seperate tread for that issue tomorrow
