Check internet connection error in google play games

[AC Question]

Hello sir ,

my play store is working fine , i can able to download apps , but i am not able connect to "google play games " . it is saying like " No internet connection".
and one more thing , i have created two google accounts for playing clash of clans , with my main account everything is working fine , even play games too which means their is no problem in my mobile. only problem is with the second account that too particularly play games only .
what to do now ??
