I have a message that my Google account manager has stopped

I did a factory restart, and I get to the welcome page and I get a message saying my google account manager has stopped, my wizard has stopped , Samsung account has stopped.... how can I get the phone to work??

Sounds like a defective phone. I would contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement
