One of my employees was terminated. He erased his Galaxy S6 (it is only 3 weeks old). It is telling me I need the main Google account in order to get in. There is no way I'm going to be able to get that info. I called Samsung and they said there is nothing I can do. The phone is literally useless. I called Sprint, and they said they had no idea what to do. I can prove the phone belongs to our business. What can I do??

Unfortunately there isn't anything that you can do. However I would suggest that you put it in the contract that they have to return all equipment and phone has to be not locked, or you will dock their pay.

Unfortunately now you would have to sue the employee.
