A little background here.
I purchased my Asus Zenfone 2 2gb ram(1ML) in June. Since then I've had multiple issues starting with the auto shutdown problem, when my phone used to randomly shut down after reaching a certain battery level. That was resolved after a visit to the service centre.
Soon after, i encountered another problem. Whenever I connected my phone with my laptop, it shuts down and i cannot reopen it, by any means. I have to go to the service centre everytime this happens, but so far, I havent got any permanent solution to this. The customer care can't help and refuse to replace the mobile since the repair guy doesn't think it should be replaced.
How can this issue be resolved? Can I get a replacement?
