Why hasn't my Moto X Pure Edition not updated yet?

I have an unblocked Moto X Pure Edition and i am out of the country right now and i still haven't recieved the notificacion for my phone, is it because im out of the country or something?

Im currently in Argentina on business and I have an pre paid chip for a company called personal, could that be the reason I haven't received the update

I want to say that's why. We know that Motorola can control the rollout based on what SIM the user has. If you have a chance, and reliable WiFi, try checking for a system update with the SIM removed while connected to WiFi.
