LG G3 charging very slowly and losing charge very quickly

[AC Question]

my LG G3 was working fine this morning but now (a couple hours later) the phone would gain 1% in 20-30min and if I turn the phone on while it is still plunged in it losses 3% in 5min this is very strange and has never happen before, my phone has never been dropped or water damaged or anything I have tried different cables charging bricks and even different outlets on the wall nothing changed i took the battery out for a while and put it back in nothing changed does anyone what to do

I would try to do a factory data reset.

FDR may help it, but I'm leaning towards a failing battery.
