Why am I unable to connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to 4G?

I have a SM-910C Note 4 but it is not connecting to 4G.

Are you using the device in the right region? The SM-910C is for Asia, Europe, and South America. If you are connected outside those regions then it likely does not have the right LTE bands for the network you are connected to.
