All my applications keep on crashing even settings

So I was putting so movies on my device and the microsd card had a problems so I was stupid enough to reset the whole device and somehow it did not do it properly and now I keep on trying to reset it but the same thing happens all the applications keep on crashing I am using a Samsung Galaxy tab pro 10.1 = SM-T520 it was rooted I need help pls

I would try to do a factory data reset in the bootloader.
