Can anyone please help me find out what this symbol on my phone is

I currently have Samsung zte that a friend tampered with and now in the upper right hand corner I have a blue circle icon that appears to have a figure in it. A circle for a head and kind of an oval representing the body and I am clueless to what this could be. It also seems that this person could be accessing my phone remotely since this has appeared. Can someone please help.

Can you not ask your friend?

You can try going to your application manager and to the "All" tab. Look at all installed apps and see if you see anything suspicious or an app with the same icon next to it.
